This workshop will focus on the combination of healthy food and yoga.

We are going to talk about the relevance of food for the yogic bodies (koshas), have a meditation exercise and talk about timing of food with your yoga practice. We will also talk about food and the yamas ahimsa and plant-based nutrition.

The workshop is guided by Emily and Julia.
Vegan snacks and homemade kombucha is included.
