LATE SUMMER. DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER

This is Tanya's last yin workshop in this series. You don't have to have been to the others, you can jump in at any workshop you feel drawn to. This one will focus on:

🌎 Earth - 🌾 Late summer - Spleen & Stomach - Worries via Being Grounded & Balanced

This series of workshops is built according to the Taoist approach of living in harmony with nature to stay healthy. You will learn how to adjust your life and activities during each season and even during each part of the day. New habits will arrive and help to stay physically and emotionally healthy.
Traditional Chinese medicine is based on five elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. And the more balanced those elements are, the more healthy and harmonised you are.

Each element represents the SEASON. Further, each element is connected to a PAIR OF ORGANS. And each pair of organs is presented in the body by 12 energy lines. They are called meridians, and that is what Yin Yoga works with. Balancing and releasing those meridians. Moreover, each element, organ, and season has its EMOTION ASPECT. Both positive and negative.

More information and dates will follow
